Fitness can be intimidating and doing a class with a group of strangers more so! However at The Muscle Marys, we feel that exercise is for everybody and have worked hard to create an environment that is safe and welcoming to all our Mary's.

Our trainers are all NVQ qualified, creating challenging fun classes to make you break a sweat, feeling energised and rewarded. aIf you need assistance with nutritional plans, body confidence and further coaching speak to one of our trainers after class for more details.

If it is your first time, fear not! We want to give you a full on Muscle Mary experience and shall welcome you along to one of our OUTdoor & Live LGBT+ group fitness in London for free, so you get a taste of how the classes work.

When?

The Muscle Marys are proud to offer workouts via zoom and Instagram in addition to our OUTdoor BOOTcamp in 3 different locations!

Monday's

Absolutely abs FREE on INSTAGRAM LIVE

Expect a variety of exercises that both isolate and integrate muscles in and around your abs, back and butt. Trust me you won’t just be doing crunches for 30 min. Absolutely abs is a sassy and spicy workout to get your heart rate going in the privacy of your own home while still feeling part of the community!

OUTdoor Bootcamp Mile End

Join The Muscle Marys for a socially distanced 55 minutes OUTdoor BOOTCAMP followed by a post workout picnic.
Our full body workout will involve plyometrics, speed, agility, strength and endurance. All our sessions include a warm-up, strengthening exercises and a strong focus on correct techniques and postures to avoid injury and most importantly, how to work out effectively and safely.

Workout with pride on ZOOM Live

Join us for workOUT with PRIDE, our functional full body class!

Expect a variety of upper and lower body exercises to keep you feeling fantastic and strong. The best workout to get your heart rate going in the privacy of your own home while still feeling part of the community!

Join The Muscle Marys for a socially distanced 55 minutes OUTdoor BOOTCAMP followed by a post workout picnic.
Our full body workout will involve plyometrics, speed, agility, strength and endurance. All our sessions include a warm-up, strengthening exercises and a strong focus on correct techniques and postures to avoid injury and most importantly, how to work out effectively and safely.

Where?

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
For all OUTdoor classes, please bring a small towel, hand sanitizer and of course a bottle of water. If you're joining in a workout from home, make sure to check our Instagram posts for updates on what equipment you might need, these are usually household objects. 

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear whatever you feel happy about as long as it doesn’t impede your movement and ability to get your sweat on!
Make sure you wear good footwear though.
Don’t forget to have water close by.

HOW MUCH?
We continue to offer our FREE ABsolutely Abs workout class on Instagram Live. Our Workout with Pride class costs £5 and our OUTdoor Bootcamp classes are all fixed at £10 per session.

Mark, the instructor

The instructor

With more than 7 years in the fitness industry, Mark is the perfect instructor for The Muscle Marys’ group PT sessions. He has Active IQ Level 3 in Personal Training, Active IQ levels in Gym Instructing, Group Cycling and Circuit training. Additionally, Mark is a Les Mills Grit teacher and an Asa Swimming teacher level 2.

Mark brings a tough, hard-working and result-driven focus and balances this perfectly with a warm, supportive and motivating (sassy) style. He makes sure that you hit all your targets, learn the fundamental do’s and don’ts of exercise and fitness. Furthermore, Mark ensures you enjoy being active and feel fab about leading a healthier lifestyle in general.

Social

After a class you are welcome to join in the social aspect were we descend on a local restaurant for a bite to eat or even a rewarding drink or two… you’ve burnt those calories after all.
